Falcons warmed up for Paris by winning the Charlton Invicta Tournament on Sunday.
Chairman Matt led the team past sides including London Titans, East End Phoenix, Charlton and Bristol Panthers before defeating London Romans in the final.
The tournament also featured a final Falcons appearance for Duncan before his move back north so it was only right that he lifted the trophy.
We were also delighted to welcome down Nicky from Birmingham again. Nicky will be joining Falcons in Paris, alongside fellow guests Frank and Jordan.
We now enjoy two more training sessions before heading to France on Friday August 3rd.
